As Columbus Ohio embarks on its journey in becoming "Smart Columbus" - having won the Smart Cities Challenge, and looking at explosive growth in our tech sector, it is becoming clear that access to talent is a key differentiator for our region.
As a technology community, we find ourselves in urgent need of increasing the number of innovative and qualified individuals entering the IT talent pool, whether they be new grads, immigrants, or talent we already have locally but cannot see or find difficult to reach.
